Everyone keeps their documents in the camera roll.

Most people store their important documents as photographs scattered through a camera roll, mixed in with everything else. Nobody knows which one expires next, and the reminder usually arrives as a fine.

NovexDocs turns the photograph into structured data, and turns the expiry date into the organising principle of the whole product.

Fields, not an OCR dump

The pipeline returns typed fields — holder name, document number, issue and expiry dates — which is what makes search, sorting and expiry alerts possible at all. A wall of recognised text would have been easier and close to useless.

Expiry as the organising idea

The product is built around the one question people actually have: what needs renewing, and when. Alerts arrive far enough ahead to act on.

Encrypted at rest and in transit

Documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, on AWS infrastructure with strict access controls and redundant encrypted backups.
